About
The most important thing to Jacob is creating music that will be enjoyed by the musicians and the audience. Because he’s a performer himself, he aims to create a collaborative experience for the musicians—especially soloists— that choose to play his music. He loves being able to write for a musician he knows and provide them with a solo tailored to their style that tells them, this is what I love about you and your sound. For the audience, Jacob always aims to tell a story—whether that story is abstract or straightforward, he wants to evoke an emotion in the listeners.
